To qualify for Free iTunes Bonus each month:

• College Student must provide a college issued ID at account opening
• College Student must show a college class schedule with at least 12 credits at account opening and in January and August thereafter. Schedule may be email to service@citizensstatebank.us.
• College Student must provide a valid email address and sign up for E-Statements and Internet Banking
• College Student must transact 12 debit card transactions a month
• College Student must use Citizens State Bank debit card for iTunes purchases
• iTunes bonus must be used the month they are awarded or they will expire

• $50 initial deposit with no minimum balance required.
