TSYS Network Issue

The TSYS network is currently experiencing technical issues, causing disruptions to service. This may affect all of Bankers’ Banks merchants. TSYS is working diligently to resolve this issue. For updates and technical support please call ScS customer support 888-389-9976.

Voice authorizations may be obtained by calling 1-800-990-2265, bank # 067000. Merchants will also need their merchant ID. Once the TSYS issue has been resolved, Merchants can complete an offline transaction on their terminal. NOTE: At the time of sale, merchants will need to capture the complete card number, expiration date, amount of sale (plus tip if applicable), and approval number in order to complete an offline transaction once the system has been restored.
