May Engaged Employee of the Month: Jordan Koenemann

Senior Management is pleased to announce Jordan Koenemann has been selected as the May Engaged Employee of the Month.

In his first full year as the IT Network & Support Specialist, Jordan has consistently raised the already high bar set by the IT Department for exceeding customer and co-worker expectations. Jordan has risen to the challenge of providing high quality end user support on two complex network environments. His help desk support customers constantly praise him for resolving their tickets effectively and in a timely manner. He is also well appreciated for mentoring his peers by offering his knowledge, suggestions, and feedback in a respectful and trustworthy manner.

Most notable is Jordan’s positive “can-do” attitude and a constant willingness to acquire new skills and responsibilities. These attributes were not only a key factor in his ability to “fast track” his initial learning curve but have contributed to his successful implementation of numerous “behind the scenes” network, phone, and cybersecurity improvements.

Jordan also spearheaded several major improvements over the past year that have a significant impact on our organizations. Most noteworthy is the installation of 50+ new workstation computers, new La Crosse CSR line printers/computers/monitors, and an intranet conversion.

His dedication and commitment to the organization’s success is clearly displayed in his willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, including working early mornings, late nights, and weekends. Without Jordan’s significant contributions in all phases of the remodel of La Crosse’s first floor, the project would not have gone as seamlessly as it did. His ongoing assistance with the relocation of the CSR line and staff workstation equipment and furniture (some more than once) did not go unnoticed.

Thank you, Jordan, for consistently choosing to go above and beyond with every person, process, and project you interact with.
