Don't let fraudsters get your tinsel in a tangle this time of year. Do you have a debit card with Citizens State Bank? Here are some handy reminders to help our debit cardholders have a stress-free holiday shopping season. 

  1. Keep your customer service numbers for you credit card close, especially when our offices are closed this Thanksgiving and Christmas.

         - Report a lost or stolen credit card: 800-383-8000
  2. Have access to more than one form of payment when traveling in case of fraud.
  3. Use your PIN! Your pin adds another level of security.
  4. Upload the SHAZAM BOLT$ App where you can do the following:
         -  Access balance information and receive fraud alerts anytime, anywhere
         - Make person-to-person transfers (P2P) money transfers
         - Submit travel notices
         - Pause card with transaction control feature
